  1. Game 1 Thursday in P'cola, game 2 Saturday in Southaven, game 3 Sunday in Columbus, GA if necessary.
  2. Aren't Sunday games usually scheduled for either 3:00 or 5:00? Why is game three scheduled for 7:30? Is this a tactic of the icebears to try and keep more riverkings fans away if game three is needed?
  3. The organization was not represented very well in MS the last weekend of the season by a group of fans that decided to make a road trip down. One Peoria fan thought it would be a good idea to shout obscenities during the National Anthem and other Peoria fans decided to pick fights with Riverking fans calling them idiots and morons for doing nothing more than heckling the visiting team. All visiting team fans are welcome, but show some class, be respectful, and by all means know that visiting teams get heckled in every arena.
  4. Knowing we will be playing all the finals games at either Knoxville or Louisana and the 2nd round will be over Saturday, have they announced the schedule for the finals? Does anyone have some insider info that says we will play these days if it's in Knoxville and we will play these days if it's Louisana?
  5. Director of Events-Matt Hatch...is this the same guy that used to work for the riverkings/Maddox foundation? If it is you would think he would have a better understanding of ice needs.
  6. Even if the kings win game three in Pensacola, they have played their last game at the landers center this year. If their playoff run continues, they might play home games at the ice house or play all remaining games on the road.
  7. The riverkings have played their last game at the landers center this year. If they win game three, they will play all remaining games on the road. There is a possibility they could play a "home" game at a nearby rink, but it does not have any seating.
  8. Planning on going to Pensacola Wednesday for game 1. Anyone else thinking about going?
  9. Riverkings fan here. Looking to make a road trip down for game one. Any advice/suggestions? Hotel? Best seats? Thanks in advance. Looking forward to some playoff hockey!
  10. Reminder...tonight's game has an early start time of 6:05.
  11. How do we end up with Sheehan three games in a row?
  12. Kudos to the David Schmol and the Riverkings organization for the way they handled the lengthy delay to the start of the game Friday night due to the Icegators bus breaking down. They kept the crowd entertained with on ice games, t-shirt give aways. Cheer stix for the kids, and fan interaction. Good job making the best of a bad situation.
  13. Former Riverking Scott Darling is in net tonight for the Chicago Blackhawks in the NHL channel.
