  1. The SPHL needs the Louisiana Ice Gators back!
  2. The FPHL will probably outwork the SPHL in expansion for 2020-21 for the second consecutive season. But, I'd like to see the SPHL expand to these 5 markets: -Lafayette, Louisiana -Lake Charles, Louisiana -Baton Rouge, Louisiana -Biloxi, Mississippi -Southaven, Mississippi
  3. Doesn't appear there will be any expansion? Anyone heard anything?
  4. Would love to see two more teams added next season, one in the south and one in the north! But, adding stable franchises is key! Has anyone heard any rumors about expansion recently? How about the Carolina Thunderbirds? Are they still in the mix?
  5. This is the official thread for 2019-2020 Expansion Talk Every season, the topic of expansion pops up. As we move near the halfway mark of the 2018-19 season, let us begin discussing expansion rumors and markets that could be future members of the SPHL. Feel free to comment down below what you've heard or even ideas on markets!
  6. The Louisiana Ice Gators in the glorious newly renovated CajunDome! #GeauxGatorsGeaux
  7. The current 6 teams are geographically well placed, but the question is can these teams maintain themselves and have a long term future.
  8. The FHL schedule is out apparently http://www.federalhockey.com/stats#/182/schedule?division_id=5318
  9. Greensboro's new arena football team called the Carolina Cobras of the National Arena League averages about 4k a game FYI, a very successful team and well ran!
  10. The ECHL filed a trademark for "Central Hockey League" to be used for "Professional hockey exhibitions". Wondering what this could intel?
