  1. We scored 4 goals last night, and I couldn't tell what dang song it was. The music needs to be louder, and I think they may have been having a little trouble with some of the sound last night. The display and such on the big screen is different than last year after a goal is scored - at least it was last night. We sit right behind the goal in section 1-0-hate, so it gets pretty loud there with all the cowbells and such.
  2. Love the Havoc fans - they travel well down here and represent each time they play here.
  3. Thursday 11/15/18 will be $2 Beer night at the Birmingham Bulls Hockey Game as we take on the Quad City Storm at 7:30pm. A great atmosphere for a great time to be had by everyone
  4. Everyone can have a tough game. This was Charlie's second game of the season. I thought he played very well during our bulls Winn streak run during the last half of last season. Glad to have him and Mavric on the team. Don't think I would trade the two of them for any other tandom.
  5. many good games to come for Quad-City, it will get better ....... It's usually tough for new teams entering the league to start with. Last year Birmingham (a new team last year) didn't win its first game until the eighth game they played. Love the Quad-City team colors, and wish you guys best of luck the rest of the season, just not this weekend against the bulls.
  6. I don't recall ever hearing that song after the bulls score either, but I can't tell you what the music is afterwards. The big screen usually goes to a video showing of a gathering of people in a bar chanting and the red hockey lights blinking. I will pay more attention next game (Thursday 11/15/18), which is also more importantly $2 beer night for 16oz'ers.
  7. While I agree that the rosters will change quickly for teams, it is still informative. I was wondering where Birmingham's enforcer from last year was at since I didn't see his name on the training camp list for this year. When I looked at the Macon list, I saw where he was on their roster currently. He was a fun player to watch here in Bham. I think a lot of us read this forum to get as much info as we can - thanks to all of you that contribute. I don't even know how to skate, but I love watching me some Hockey and am glad the season is about to start !!
  8. I think the Birmingham Bulls just posted theirs on their facebook page.
  9. Also asking the same question as RapidFire19 - can additional contributions keep it going longer ? This is a great forum !

  11. Best of luck to Sean Gammage and John Rey with their retirement from the game - enjoyed watching them play this past year. Hate to see the players not listed on the protected list, this team really started playing well together mid season, and I would like to see as many of them as possible returning. Looking forward to this season - Go Bulls !!
