  1. Only a year ago the Marksmen organization was the best thing since sliced bread . They had all the NHL , AHL ,and ECHL experience , and now the originals hired by Longo are gone . It's like they are starting over again ....
  2. Looks like there will be more Front Office staff announcements coming ..Marissa Reighard is the only one left from last years staff .
  3. It's been almost 2 and 1/2 months since they advertised for a President /COO ..thought they would of at least filled that position by now ....
  4. dnf

    Jeff Longo

Patrick Stack is gone from the Marksmen front office also ... like Longo , a faculty member at Johnson and Wales University ....anyone have a clue as to what is happening with the organization ? Now is the time for a coach to recruit and a president to get going with the corporate sponsors and no one is in place to handle the work .........
  5. Was looking on the webpage to see if a new President/COO or Head Coach has been named and noticed Jeff Longo is missing on the Front Office page. Is he still with the organization ?
  6. Back in the 2006 - 2007 season it was a best of 5 for the finals . FireAntz won 3 games to 1 over the Barracudas ... The Quarter Finals and Semi Finals were best of 3 ..
  7. Sooooooo , is this gospel also ?????????
  8. Is this post gospel ? MarksmenArtist Power Forward Donating Member Team: :Fayetteville Marksmen Posted January 20 And the ones who have millions invested in the new team can make the decisions they want to make and keep or waive players as they see fit.
  9. fayobserver.com. article on 2/21/18. "There’s not a lot of leeway to kind of do what you want here in terms of decision making"
  10. The ownership group should give a doodie about a team they own......the coaches have had their hands tied all season... the owners have been calling all the shots for the entire season....and we can see what kind of hockey knowledge they have
  11. Still , it seems as if this ownership group is taking the cheap way out to finish the season... not what I expected out of someone with more hockey knowledge than the previous group ....
  12. Don't know the reason behind it , but it is asking a lot out of a team to play a game 4 skaters short ...
  13. And who hires the coaches ? Not wanting to single out anyone in the organization , it is a total package with a team from top to bottom and like I said , hopefully they will improve .....
  14. Fayetteville hasn't done too well on trades all season long .... Hopefully they will improve on that aspect also . Time will tell .
  15. Probably mandated by the league ... Birmingham is having one also
