Rivermen going for the home-and-home sweep, to put further distance between themselves & the now-4th place T'bolts.  Catching Pensacola would be a welcome bonus.

GO BULLS! (in regulation time) :Bulls:  :cheering:

Don’t forget P’cola has an extra game tomorrow that could put them back on top.

Thunderbolts beat Ryan de Melo on a 2-on-1.  Bolts up 1-0 with about 11 minutes left in the 1st period.

And just as I get that one typed, Evansville makes it 2-0 and Tyler Parks replaces de Melo.  :banghead:

End of the 1st period, PEO 0 - EVN 2.  Peoria has the edge in SOGs, 10-9.  Both teams had 2 power plays, but neither capitalized.  The Rivermen will have a brief PP to start the second.  Get one back, boys.

End of 2 periods, PEO 0 - EVN 3.  Thunderbolts scored on a power play with Pszenyczny in the box.  Total shots now even @ 19 each.  Just 20 more minutes to turn this one around.  :wth:
