Watertown Wolves continue to win at home with new additions

WATERTOWN — The Watertown Wolves lineup has undergone several changes due to injuries, trades and other roster transactions, but the Wolves continue to pile up the wins at home.

Danville coach Brent Clarke, who helmed Watertown to its only championship in the 2015-16 season, has been going through the same roster fluctuations with his team. He’s had players loaned out to the Southern Professional Hockey League and lost the team’s leading scorer Andrew Harrison to injury.

We’ve got six of our top guys called up and our best player blew his shoulder out,” Clarke said. “We’re doing the exact same thing (as Watertown).”

With all those call ups and no call up of Tyler Gjurich.  Definately seems to me Gjurich has gave up on call ups to the SPHL or the SPHL teams have given up on him.

I may be wrong here, but I think I heard from Roanoke fans last year that Gjurich didnt like playing defense when coach wanted him there and turn out to be problems in the locker room? That might of been on FB instead of here.
