2018 Challenge Round Selection Show

On Sunday, April 8th starting at 7:30pm ET, 6:30pm CT, the SPHL will showcase their new Playoff Format.

The show will be broadcast live from the Von Braun Center in Huntsville on Sunday, April 8th, from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm CT.

It will be streamed live, through a partnership with NeuLion, on the home page of the league’s website at www.thesphl.com.

The other 9 teams in the league will be hosting their own Selection Show watch parties.

Fans will be able to bid on limited-edition, team-signed SPHL Challenge Round Jerseys.

It says 5:00 and 7:30 what is the time

The various venues are starting their events at different times.

The SPHL says the broadcast starts at 7:30 pm Eastern, 6:30 pm Central.
Huntsville's live event starts at 5:00 pm CT.
Fayetteville's, Macon's and Roanoke's parties start at 6:30 ET.
Evansville's and Peoria's at 5:30 CT.
Knoxville's at 6:45 ET.
Birmingham's, Pensacola's and Mississippi's at 6:00 CT.

So far the broadcast is pretty good.  League did a good job in getting Crispy & Gold.  I think its funny the fans are booing Combs....:laughing:

Macon was 4-1-2 against Bolts this year. Will play Thursday in Evansville.

Huntsville owes Pensacola a big favor. They are the big winners out of this having Mississippi fall to them. I’d be ecstastic about that matchup. Glad to see it didn’t go 1-8, 2-7, 3-6: that would have dampened the intrigue of this excellent idea.

Well, that made-for-the-interwebs event was more interesting than I would've ever predicted.  Just enough small talk to get the Huntsville faithful spooled up, but not so drawn out as to make you wish they'd  :shutup: .  Well done, SPHL:applause:
