Over 250 Team Representatives attend ECHL Meetings

Over 250 attendees from 27 ECHL teams, including several owners, presidents and general managers, as well as representatives from teams in the American Hockey League, Southern Professional Hockey League, United States Hockey League and National Women’s Hockey League, participated in the 2018 ECHL Hockey Summer Meetings presented by Fevo at the New York-New York Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada on June 20-22, 2018.

ECHL Commissioner Brian McKenna provided his annual “State of the ECHL” address while the League’s Chief Operating Officer Ryan Crelin kicked off the event with his “What’s your Story?” presentation. Keynote speaker Steve Chapman, Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer of the National Hockey League’s St. Louis Blues, presented to the attendees on how the ECHL shaped his career and grew his success.

Diana Driscoll of the NHL Network spoke to the attendees on opportunities available to ECHL teams on the network while Ryan Halkett of Lagardere Sports presented on elevating the game day experience. A number of breakout sessions were led by other industry professionals.
