The legal mumbo-jumbo of the U.S. District Court's decision, courtesy of Justia Law, for those inclined to undertake such light reading: Memorandum Opinion and Order in Moje v. Federal Hockey League LLC et al

Note that the first sentence of the Memorandum reads: "The plaintiff, Kyler Moje (“Moje”), played professional, minor-league hockey for the Danville Dashers, a team in the now-defunct(1) Federal Hockey League (“the League”). ..."  The footnote for "now-defunct" reads: " 1 The record shows that the League dissolved on February 8, 2016 ... ."  So Don Kirnan is WAY ahead of all this - and still running.

You can summarize it all for us.  😂 I just found that in fhl facebook group and thought I would pass it on.  I'm not sure why anybody would want to play there.  Players on social media saying they haven't got paid money they are owed.  League going defunct to run from being responsible for its injuries.  They're finally getting a few stable teams and always shooting themselves in the foot.
