One thing I've heard about Coach Chezzy from Quad City fans that I know is that he's loyal to his former teammates.  Maybe he's TOO loyal in some cases?

Note also that the SPHL has had quite a lot of callups to the ECHL this season, including a number of goalies.  So the pool of available netminders for a team wanting to improve at that position (or any other) via acquisition is going to be restricted.

Beyond what some may believe. All the best goalies are not already in the SP. For example, look what Roanoke has realized. 2 from the Fed and doing well. Couple others still in the Fed that are far better than QC backup and a few others in the SP.

Di Salvo and Mulder are not horrible goalies. Both were better when they were on better teams-

Anybody can be better when on a better team. But can you provide the needed performance when the team is struggling?

Roanoke

Only 1 point ahead of the aforementioned QC team and tied with Birmingham. The four teams at the bottom all have more goals allowed than goals for, and all 4 have losing records- not all the goalies' fault. In deference to @SJSharkies4ever, standings as of today:

PO, I guess you are not understanding what I am trying to point out. The 2 Fed boys are 7 and 3 with 2 shutouts since they joined Roanoke. The SP does not have all the best goalies in place and should not think they do because there are other goalies and players in the fed far better than many in the SP.
