... completely convinced that Carr is an idiot.  There seems to be phases.  The "Huh?" phase.  The "Eye Rolling" phase.  Then the "Get Me the Hell Out of Here" phase.

Well, the "idiot" has the IBs solidly in 2nd place (as of today):

There's a big difference in winning because of and winning in spite of.  They looked magnificent while he was not on the bench.  They merely look really good right now.  I'll give him credit for understanding the roster situation in this unusual season.

THERE ARE TWO SIDES TO EVERY STORY (COIN) - "There's always a different point of view, which is entitled to be heard. The proverb has been traced back in English to 1742, and is first attested in the United States in the 1802 'Diary and Autobiography of John Adams' and an 1817 letter of Thomas Jefferson. The proverb was first expressed in ancient times, as far back as 485-410 B.C. Protagoras said that 'there are two sides to every question.' In about 428 B.B., Euripides said, 'In a case of dissension, never dare to judge till you've heard the other side.' The word argument, coin, everything, question or quarrel may replace (every) story." From "Random House Dictionary of Popular Proverbs and Sayings" by Gregory Y. Titelman (Random House, New York, 1996).

But what does Wikipedia have to say about all that, Perfesser?  🤣

Searching https://en.wikipedia.org, unless one is referring to a musical album:

The page "Two sides to every story" does not exist. You can ask for it to be created, but consider checking the search results below to see whether the topic is already covered.

  • Two Sides to Every Story is a 1977 album by American singer-songwriter Gene Clark. The album was Clark's first release since his 1974 album No Other. Notable
Ibid. for "two sides to every coin":
